Refund Policy

At Madison Boening Art, we are dedicated to ensuring that you are satisfied with your order and we understand that accidents may occur during the shipment of your artwork.

 

We do not accept returns on prints or originals. Please inspect your product upon arrival and contact us immediately at mb@madisonboeningart.com if the item is damaged. If harm occurs during shipment, we ask that you provide photos of both the item and packaging so we can determine the best solution. If deemed appropriate, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
