We currently ship within the United States!

When will my order ship?

All prints are made-to-order and will be shipped within 2 - 3 weeks. To reduce customer wait time, prints are shipped directly from our local printer after production.All originals will be shipped within 1 - 2 weeks.

How is artwork packaged?

Accepted Answer

All originals and prints are shipped with archival-safe materials to provide protection during the delivery process. Unframed paper prints are shipped rolled in mailing tubes while framed and stretched canvas prints arrive in boxes.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

If your artwork arrives damaged, we ask that you contact mb@madisonboeningart.com and provide photos of both the item and packaging so we can determine the best solution. If deemed appropriate, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Do you accept returns?
